  7. PLUS1: Math Sampler 1.20 & Beat the Bomb 1.40
  8. Animated math games from First Magnitude. Six fully-functional
  9. animated math lessons and games from counting through division.
  10. Plus, a great TIMED addition drill with MANY easy to set up
  11. options. Used in schools and in homeschools. Arcade action and
  12. graphics. Needs mouse, 512k, DOS 2.1+, color EGA/VGA.

  15. Shareware version is free (postcard registration required). 
  16. Enhanced version is $15-25 US (+ $3 S&H, $5 outside US). Enhanced 
  17. version includes more games and features. See ORDER.FRM for 
  18. information on foreign and credit card orders and a great offer.

  20. Requirements:
  21. Microsoft compatible mouse, true EGA/VGA, 512K, DOS 2.1 or later.

  26. Distribution rights:
  27. As the exclusive copyright holder for "Plus 1", "Math Sampler",
  28. and "Beat the Bomb", First Magnitude authorizes distribution only
  29. in accordance with the following restrictions.

  31. All files in the Shareware package must be included and
  32. unmodified. Only First Magnitude and authorized agents may
  33. distribute the Enhanced versions.
  34.  
  35. Vendors may distribute shareware versions of "Plus 1",
  36. "Math Sampler, and "Beat the Bomb" in accordance with the
  37. regulations of the Association of Shareware Professionals via
  38. catalogues, electronic BBS, shareware racks, or CD-ROMs. Non-ASP
  39. vendors may distribute these programs through these channels
  40. AS LONG AS THEY ADHERE TO THE ASP GUIDELINES.

  42. Vendors using other means of distribution must seek specific
  43. permission. Send a description of the distribution method and
  44. the explanation of shareware that you use to First Magnitude at
  45. the address below.

  47. We will try to see that significant revisions are widely
  48. distributed via the direct mailings and/or other distribution
  49. channels. If you do not wish to get the program from one of these
  50. sources, send $3 to cover postage and handling ($5 foreign) to
  51. First Magnitude at the address below.

  53. First Magnitude reserves the right to require vendors to cease
  54. distribution of any First Magnitude product if these instructions
  55. are not observed.

  57. We request that Beat the Bomb Shareware and it's companion 
  58. program, Math Sampler, be combined on the same disk for CATALOG 
  59. and RACK sales. They fit easily on the same 720k disk. Please 
  60. contact First Magnitude for a copy of the distribution disk.
